The healthy eatery -- it's more than granola, folks -- think salads, smoothies, wraps, lattes and mucho versions of avocado toast -- started with one location in Westport in 2013 and quickly morphed into a mini-empire of granoly wonder.

The owners -- Weston resident Julie Mountain and Dana Noorily of Westport -- admit they were two moms just looking for a good cup of coffee when they thought of the idea. Now, five years later, they are about to open their sixth location in Fairfield in late January 2018.

They opened Greenwich in May 2016; Stamford in May 2017; Armonk, N.Y. -- their first Westchester spot -- in August 2017 and Rye in September 2017.
